Mardi Gras Texas Style! puts more than 20 Texas/Red Dirt & Country music stars on 5 stages all in one day. Then we pack 10,000 plus fans into a 90,000 sq ft clear span building. Add the Mardi Gras factor into the equation and you can see why this is DFW’s Largest Head Sucking, Tail Pinching Mardi Gras Party! Also by putting this event in such a large building we are able to have the show rain or shine without weather playing a roll.
What is the Pavilion?
The VIP Pavilion is an upgrade space for all attendees 21 & up, that have purchased a VIP ticket. Once you receive the VIP wrist band you will have access to The VIP Pavilion all during the event. Inside The VIP Pavilion there will be fully stocked bars serving drinks like Rum & Coke, Whiskey & Coke, Vodka & Sprite, ect. We will also have a patio to sit on to watch the event while having your cocktail. You will not be allowed to bring drinks into or take drinks out of The VIP Pavilion. All of your favorite Mardi Gras Texas Style artists will sit down for a short interview and maybe play an acoustic song or two inside The VIP Pavilion. You must be 21 to enter! There will be private restrooms available in The VIP Pavilion!
Will there be mixed drinks served at the event?
Yes, there will be mixed beverages served at Mardi Gras Texas Style! The mixed beverages will be served in The VIP Pavilion! The VIP Pavilion is an upgraded space for all attendees 21 & up. The event will go on rain or shine. The main stages are inside a climate controlled building so we will be able to have the event no matter what the weather is like.
What is the age limit to come to Mardi Gras Texas Style?
Mardi Gras Texas Style is an all ages event although we do recommend 17 & up. It is a Mardi Gras event and Mardi Gras activities do take place. We do NOT offer a discounted ticket for children. Everyone must have a ticket no matter what age, including infants.
What can I bring to Mardi Gras Texas Style?
Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home. Please return for any additions or amendments.
You may bring in the following items:
Umbrellas (small hand-held style)
Personal camera equipment (i.e. small digital cameras or point-and-click 35mm cameras). Cameras with any type of detachable lenses are prohibited.
The following items are prohibited:
Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia
Framed or large backpacks
Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)
Food or beverages
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or personal motorized vehicles
Large chains or spiked jewelry
Pets (except service dogs)
Video equipment: No video recording will be allowed.
Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
Audio recording equipment
No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
There are ATMs inside the event grounds (with applicable service fees), and some vendors accept credit cards (such as the Festival Merchandise tent). Just remember to keep your valuables safe and secure! The most popular items turned in at Lost and Found are credit cards, ids, wallets, etc.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
The Festival grounds are wheelchair-accessible. The event is General Admission event. Please note: Mardi Gras Texas Style does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please plan ahead and bring attendants if needed. Parking
Disabled-designated parking is available on a first-come, first serve basis. You must have a State issued placard issued to you in order to park in handicapped reserved parking spaces. Placards and identification must match and will be checked.
Each stage has a special section reserved for people who use wheelchairs (or who have mobility limitations) and one companion. Please check with Security for the location of each section. No special pass is required to access these areas. Please note that these areas have limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Accessible rest rooms are available throughout the grounds.

What Time does the Box Office Open?
The box office will open 1 hour before doors and close 30 min after the last band goes on stage.
Will I be allowed to come in and out all day?
You will NOT be allowed to go in and out all day. Once you enter the event and leave you must purchase a ticket to re-enter. We do have an outside section for you to hang out in and get away from the crowd if you need to get away.
What are the ticket policies?
Important information to know:
In order for your ticket to be easily and quickly validated at the event gates, you must print using at least 150 dpi resolution. The ticket must be clear, not smudged, faded, or light in color. Print at the highest resolution possible to ensure quick and easy entry. If you have any doubts, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or you can visit the Box Office prior to the show. We will certainly do our best to accommodate you, but don’t wait until the last minute!
Customer assumes all responsibility for allowing others to access and is solely responsible to ensure ticket is not duplicated. Only the first Prekindle ticket presented and scanned at the gate grants admission. Subsequent and multiple presentations of the same ticket are VOID and will be considered counterfeit and seized by Festival security staff.
Lost or stolen tickets can be reprinted or issued if they are lost before the day of the festival. Please contact email@example.com or visit the website in the ticket section to re-issue the ticket. If you forget your ticket you will have to purchase another ticket at the box office.
Only tickets purchased through Prekindle are valid. If you bought from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will need to purchase a ticket at the box office.
All ticket sales are final No refunds and no exchanges.
What do I do if I lose something at Mardi Gras Texas Style?
During the Festival, look for lost items at the Lost & Found booth on site. After the Festival, you can inquire about lost items at firstname.lastname@example.org. Valuables will be held for 30 days. B-Weiss Entertainment Group, LLC. will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
Will there be security, police, and/or medical on-site?
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by the local law enforcement agencies and a private security company.
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or Festival staff member.
